What you'll find there are atoms – the fundamental particles that make up everything in the universe, including you and that cup of coffee. Now, atoms are made up of even smaller particles, like protons, neutrons, and electrons, buzzing around in a dance of energy.
Here's where it gets interesting.
Those electrons – they're not just little balls of matter spinning around aimlessly. They're also waves of energy, constantly vibrating and interacting with the energy fields around them.
So, when we say everything is energy, what we mean is that at the most fundamental level, the entire universe is made up of these vibrating fields of energy. Your body, your thoughts, your emotions – they're all manifestations of this energy in different forms.
Now, you might be thinking, "But I can't see this energy, so how do I know it's real?" Fair question. Think about this – you can't see the wind, but you can feel it when it rustles through the leaves or brushes against your skin. In the same way, we may not see energy with our eyes, but we can perceive its effects and influence in the world around us.
For example, think about how you feel when you walk into a room where an argument just took place – even if no one says a word, you can sense the tension in the air. That's the vibrational energy of emotions lingering in the space. Do you get the picture now?
Or consider how you're drawn to certain people or places – that's the energy of resonance, of vibrational alignment, guiding you toward what's in harmony with your energy.
This is the whole reason why people have so much trouble with manifestation. They continue to do all these vision boards and meditation but don't get results.
They are not doing the deeper work to change the energy within themselves, so that their outer world changes and energetically aligns. Thats why I love shadow work tools. You get to the root.
